Sleepiness and exhaustion are common symptoms of pregnancy, yet many mums-to-be find it difficult to sleep. Follow these tips to maximise your sleep quality:
• If you’re having trouble getting comfortable in bed or are suffering from back or body aches, try using pillows to help you find a comfortable sleeping position.
