Ingredients (Serves One)
2 Apples
1/4 Lettuce (any kind, as long as it is not pre-prepared)
1/2 Lemon
Mix together in a blender
A tasty combination that will help you on your way to a relaxing nights sleep.
Lettuce contains Lactucin which is a natural sedative and the apples and lemon contain vitamin c which boosts the immuned system and keeps your blood pressure in check
