Allergy UK release their "Stolen Lives" report

Allergy UK carried out a survey of allergy sufferers to try and raise awareness of the seriousness of Hay Fever. One interesting point to come out of it is that more people started to suffer it in Adulthood (as I did) rather than it starting in Childhood which has always been the perceived wisdom. There is also some useful information about how diet can affect Hay Fever, because pollen from trees (particularly Birch) has similar protein structures to some foodstuffs.
