Well here it is.... The time of year which seemd has taken an age to arrive, which we have been counting down to since October. We can wake feeling more upbeat, more energetic, ready for the day ahead. "But we lost an hour on Sunday I hear you cry.... Well persuade your boss to join in National Nap at Work Week! Introduce him or her to the joys of the power nap at around 1.30 and for the rest of the afternoon you will be a creative behemoth!
