Some Sleep Tips

There was an article in the Daily Express on Tuesday about the science of sleep. We can't find it on their website but there are a couple of tips we would like to pull out.

 

A slight drop in body temperature is one of the triggers of sleep. It only needs a drop in 0.3C to tell our body to start feeling sleepy so the best way to achieve this is to take a bath. The relative drop in temeperature, along with the chance to relax and switch off your brain will help sleep arrive. Another option is to open your window slightly. Although your body is covered the small amount of heat lost through your cheeks will trigger sleep......
