Set this alarm to wake you to the gentle sounds of nature with a glowing light that gradually brightens.

The Rise and Shine Alarm Clock simulates the rising sun, gradually increasing its illumination up to 60 minutes before the alarm time.

If you’re not already awake by the alarm time, it will wake you to your sound choice – you may choose from nature sounds including bird song, ocean waves, brook, summer night, rain, dawn or a ringing tone or alarm bell.

The Rise and Shine Alarm Clock can also be used to help you drop off to sleep with relaxing sounds that turn off automatically after 30 minutes.

What Are The Health Benefits?

As the light gets increasingly brighter your body reduces the production of the sleep hormone Melatonin and increases the levels of hormones that help you get up, such as Cortisol.

The soft glow of the Rise and Shine Alarm Clock will gently bring you out of sleep, helping you to wake naturally.

Being woken by light helps your body keep its sleep/wake cycle on track, which can help you feel happier and more energetic during the day. After an energetic day, your body is more likely to feel tired and ready to go to sleep when you go to bed.
