How It Stops You Snoring

The Relax Snore Stopper encourages you to change sleeping position when you begin to snore.

The Relax Snore Stopper fits comfortably around the wrist. When it detects snoring, it sends out weak electrical impulses. These impulses gently stimulate the wrist of the user to encourage a change of sleeping position. Over time, the wearer will learn to sleep in snore-free sleeping positions, requiring the Snore Stopper less and less.

One of the most common reasons for snoring is sleeping on your back. Research indicates that over 60% of snorers will stop snoring or snore less when sleeping on their sides. The Relax Snore Stopper addresses this issue by encouraging a snore-free sleeping position.
