Standard Delivery is free and where it is available overnight delivery is £8.00.
If we can we send our products out via the Royal Mail, but for larger products
and overnight delivery we use a parcel carrier who only delivery Monday to
Friday. Products ordered on an overnight delivery after 1.30 on a Thursday will
not be delivered until Monday.
We are able to deliver to other countries and delivery costs will vary. Please

Organic Mattress Delivery
We aim to deliver your mattress to you as quickly as possible, but please bear
in mind that your mattress will be handmade, especially for you, which can
sometimes extend the time you have to wait for your mattress ever so slightly.
When placing your order the estimated delivery time is given in the checkout
process. If you wish to get a more accurate lead time for delivery please ring
us on 0800 1707288
We will always ring to book a delivery day with you before the mattress is
despatched, and the delivery company can arrive at anytime on the day the
delivery is arranged for.
For a £15 charge you can guarantee a delivery before midday and for £30 you can
guarantee one before 9.30 am
We are able to offer a two man delivery service for an extra charge, depending
where you are in the country. Please ring 0800 170 7288.
If you are not there to take collection of your goods a charge of £30 will be
made to cover part of the cost of the failed delivery.
The carrier will have left their card with contact details. It is in your
interest to contact them as soon as possible since every extra journey your
goods make increases the likelihood of damage. If the carrier fails to deliver
for reasons beyond their control they will contact you at the earliest possible
opportunity.
If the packaging of the Organic Mattress is damaged please do not accept or
sign for delivery.
Other Mattresses, Beds and Furniture Deliveries
These will be delivered by a company called Furniture Logistics using a 2 man
delivery service.
When the product you have ordered has been made and is with Furniture Logistics
we will ring and let you know. They will then be in touch to book in your
delivery. They should be able to tell you whether it is AM or PM and we keep
you updated on the day of delivery if there are any problems with your
delivery.
Additional Delivery Charges
If you are located in Northern Ireland, other Islands off mainland Britain or
some parts of the North of Scotland there may be additional delivery charges.
We always try to send your product without any additional charges but for
larger items it is often not possible.
