WeLoveSleep.com Delivery Policy

We deliver Monday-Friday, and any overnight delivery placed after 12 on Friday will not despatched until Monday and will arrive with you on Tuesday.

If you are located in Northern Ireland, other Islands off mainland Britain or some parts of the North of Scotland there may be additional delivery charges.

Mattress Delivery


We aim to deliver your mattress to you as quickly as possible, but please bear in mind that your mattress will be handmade, especially for you, which can sometimes extend the time you have to wait for your mattress ever so slightly.


When placing your order the estimated delivery time is given in the checkout process. If you wish to get a more accurate lead time for delivery please ring us on 08456 121 288.


We will always ring to book a delivery day with you before the mattress is despatched, and the delivery company can arrive at anytime on the day the delivery is arranged for.


For a £10 charge you can guarantee a delivery before midday and for £25 you can guarantee one before 9.30 am


If you are not there to take collection of your goods a charge of £25 will be made to cover part of the cost of the failed delivery.


The carrier will have left their card with contact details. It is in your interest to contact them as soon as possible since every extra journey your goods make increases the likelihood of damage. If the carrier fails to deliver for reasons beyond their control they will contact you at the earliest possible opportunity.


Mattresses can be difficult to handle, please ensure that you have enough help on hand when your delivery takes place. We ensure that the packaging is sufficiently strong to cope with all normal handling. When your goods arrive, please ensure that there are no rips or tears to the mattress. The driver is allowed to wait for 10 minutes while you do this.


In the unlikely event that there is any damage, please DO NOT accept delivery, DO NOT sign the delivery sheet, instead ask the driver for a damaged freight report which will need your signature. Contact us as soon as is practicable. Goods are not covered by transit insurance once you have accepted delivery.
