UK Standard Delivery

Delivery timescales vary by product. Please see individual products for details. Standard Delivery on all products is free to mainland UK addresses.

If you live in Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands or any other outlaying UK Islands, delivery charges may apply. We try our best to cover delivery costs (especially where delivery is via Royal Mail) but cannot guarantee this. Where delivery costs apply, delivery options will be set out on the checkout page.

UK Overnight Delivery

We offer an overnight delivery service for some products to mainland UK addresses. Please see individual products for availability. Where overnight delivery is available, it is priced at £8.00.

Subject to availability, products ordered on an overnight delivery service by 1:30pm will be delivered on the next business day. This means that products ordered on an overnight delivery service after 1:30pm on a Thursday will not be delivered until the following Monday, or Tuesday where the Monday is a public or bank holiday.

Carrier

If we can, we send our products out via the Royal Mail, but for larger products, and products sent on an overnight delivery service, we use a parcel carrier who deliver Monday to Friday only (excluding UK public and bank holidays).

Where our products are sent out by parcel carrier, and after several attempts the parcel carrier fails to deliver them to you or you refuse to accept them, and the goods are returned to us, we may charge you up to £30 to cover the cost of the failed delivery.

Collection of Goods

You are able to collect products from our Sleep Solutions Centre in the centre of Sheffield. If you wish to do this please get in touch on 0800 1707288 or e-mail info@welovesleep.co.uk

International Delivery

We are able to deliver some of our products internationally. We have set prices for delivery to some countries and these will appear as an option on the checkout page. If your country does not appear as an option, it does not mean we are unable to deliver to it. Mattress, Beds and Furniture Delivery

Quick Delivery

We have a range of Mattresses that can be delivered within a week to mainland UK addresses. These are vacuum packed and are delivered by a one man delivery service. To see these mattresses please click here

Organic Mattresses

When placing your order the estimated delivery time is provided during the checkout process. If you wish to get a more accurate lead time for delivery please ring us on 0800 1707288.

We can offer a one or two man delivery service on our Organic Mattresses, both at no extra charge. The one man delivery service is quicker, but it only includes delivery to your door. The two man delivery option adds roughly a week to the delivery time but the mattress is taken to the room of your choice.

We will always ring to book a delivery day with you before the mattress is despatched. With the one man delivery service, the delivery company may arrive at anytime on the day the delivery is arranged for, however we can request that the delivery company telephones you half an hour before delivery.

With the two man delivery service, you will be sent a copy of your booking form with the consignment number and contact details for Night Freight who carry out the deliveries. You are not able to specify morning or afternoon delivery, however you can check online or by telephoning them to check whether delivery will take place in the morning or afternoon. If you have provided us with a mobile phone number they will text this information to you the day before.

If you are not there to take collection of the mattress on the pre-arranged day/time, a charge of £30 for the one man delivery service and £60 for the two man delivery service will be made to cover part of the cost of the failed delivery.

It is in your interest to contact them as soon as possible since every extra journey your goods make increases the likelihood of damage. If the delivery company fails to deliver for reasons beyond their control they will contact you at the earliest possible opportunity.

If the packaging of the Organic Mattress is damaged please do not accept or sign for delivery. However, if you refuse delivery on other grounds, a charge of £30 for the one man delivery service and £60 for the two man delivery service will be made.

Wooden Beds

Our range of Wooden Pine and Organic Beds are delivered on a 3-5 day pallet delivery service using a company called Fast Track. They come flat packed and they will need to be assembled.

In the case of a failed delivery, the delivery company will leave their card with their contact details. It is in your interest to contact them as soon as possible since every extra journey your goods make increases the likelihood of damage. If the delivery company fails to deliver for reasons beyond their control they will contact you at the earliest possible opportunity.

If the packaging of the Wooden Beds is damaged please do not accept or sign for delivery. However, if you refuse delivery on other grounds, a charge of £30 for the one man delivery service and £110 for the two man delivery service will be made.

Mammoth Mattresses

These are delivered via TNT and will roughly take 3-5 days to deliver depending on stock levels. They come Vacuum Packed for ease of delivery and therefore can be transported in a family sized car or bigger if you want it to be delivered to a workplace or alternative address.

It is in your interest to contact them as soon as possible since every extra journey your goods make increases the likelihood of damage. If the delivery company fails to deliver for reasons beyond their control they will contact you at the earliest possible opportunity.

If the packaging of the Mammoth Mattress is damaged please do not accept or sign for delivery. However, if you refuse delivery on other grounds, a charge of £30 for the one man delivery service and £110 for the two man delivery service will be made.

Other Mattresses, Beds and Furniture Deliveries

These will be delivered by a two man delivery company that is part of Network 4.

When the product you have ordered has been collected by Network 4 for delivery they will ring you to let you know. Network 4 will then be in touch with you to book in your delivery. They should be able to tell you whether delivery will take place in the morning or afternoon and will keep you updated on the day of delivery, for example, if there are any problems with your delivery. On delivery, your products will be taken to the room of your choice.

If you are not there to take collection of the products on the pre-arranged day/time, or you refuse delivery on grounds other than that the product(s) is damaged, a charge of £110 will be made to cover part of the cost of the failed delivery.

Collection of Old Mattresses

Where you are purchasing a new mattress(es) from us, we may be able to provide a collection service of your old mattress(es) at an extra cost. Where available, the cost will be detailed on the checkout page after you have added the order to your basket. The collected mattresses are then recycled. This service is only available with the purchase of certain mattresses to mainland UK addresses.
